Located on Merrill Field in Anchorage Alaska, we are a "full service" FAA approved Avionics Repair Station (#CU4R115M) with an extensive Pilot Supply Shop. We are also dealers for Icom Marine, and Garmin Marine products. Our facility houses Merrill Field Instruments, and Pratt Aviation Services too. Northern Lights Avionics is primarily a family owned and operated business that started in Alaska in 1978. Our CEO, Gary Bennett Sr., and family moved to Alaska after a successful partnership at Denver Avionics (then at Stapleton Int'l in Denver). We specialize in small (single engine, and light twin) aircraft and helicopters. Whether on floats, skis, or wheels our professional staff are capable of meeting your avionics needs and has shipped custom made installation harnesses around the world. Our Pilot Shop contains over 3000 items from radio installation hardware to charts/plotters to the most popular headsets and GPS'.
